Class I Dielectrics (COG Materials)
- K22
(VLF-220Aq3) Very Low-Fired Dielectric Composition
Compatible with 95Ag/5Pd internal electrode
- K22
(VLF-220Aq4) Environmentally friendly aqueous
compatible and Very Low-Fire COG dielectrics with the highest
Q among commercial COG dielectrics. Compatible with up to 100%
Ag internal electrodes.
- K44
(VLF-440) Environmentally friendly Very
Low-Fire COG dielectric. Compatible
with up to 90% Ag/10% Pd internal electrodes.
- K85
(LF-085) Environmentally friendly Low-Fire COG dielectric with excellent lot to lot uniformity. Compatible
with up to 75% Ag/25% Pd internal electrodes.
Class II Dielectrics (X7R Materials)
- K4400
(SF-422) Low-Fire X7R dielectric with
highest-K and very high dialectric breakdown strength.
Compatible with up to 70% Ag/30% PD internal electrodes.
- K4000
(HF-402) Environmentally friendly High-Fire X7R dielectric
with very stable TCC curve. Compatible with up to 70% Pd/30%
Ag internal electrodes.
- K3400
(VLF-342X2) Environmentally friendly Very Low-Fire X7R
dielectric with excellent dielectric strength. Compatible with
up to 85% Ag/15% Pd internal electrodes.
- K2800
(LF-262) Low-Fire X7R dielectric with
very stable TCC curve. Compatible with up to 75% Ag/25% Pd internal
electrodes.
X8R
- K2200
(LF-222) Environmentally friendly Low-Fire X8R dielectric with excellent reliability. Compatible with 85% Ag/15% Pd internal electrodes
Specialty
Dielectrics

(LF-451) Environmentally friendly N2200 (negative TCC) Low-Fire dielectric
with excellent voltage response. Compatible with 70% Ag/30% Pd
internal electrodes.
